Theresa Knopf Morgan is a Los Angeles based artist and one-half of the Street Art duo La Femme Pastel. She began street painting in 2002 and has been featured at events across the nation. Theresa is best known for her whimsical use of color and warm, instructive personality. This is Theresa’s third appearance at the Sarasota Chalk Festival, and as always, she is thrilled to share the asphalt with some of her dearest friends and world-renowned chalk artists.
