Lysa Ashley is an artist, teacher, and street painter from Corona, California.  She was terribly shy as a little girl, but had a huge talent for art.  She drew almost constantly, creating intricate designs in the boarders of her school assignments.  This attracted the praise and attention of her classmates.  She never forgot the glowing feeling of pride and acceptance that creating art is public forum offered.
