Chloe is an artist & illustrator located in Rochester, NY with a BFA in Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology. She started street painting and busking while living in Bologna, Italy, after being inspired by Italian street artists creating public masterpieces in chalk. She is currently working as a freelance mural painter and street chalk artist in Rochester.
